Violet was such a special little girl. She was so incredibly sweet and had the biggest heart. I had the honor of being Violet's babysitter since she was 7 months old. She was so incredibly special to me and I miss her dearly.
Shortly after Violet's 3rd Birthday, she was diagnosed with DIPG, a rare form of Pediatric Brain Cancer. 3 months after her diagnosis she lost her battle to this horrible disease. In honor of May being brain tumor awareness month, I'm asking for donations to the Violet Foundation.
Just a small donation to Violet Foundation for Pediatric Brain Cancer will go a long way. In its 18 months of existence, Violet Foundation has already made a sizable impact, funding eight research projects and providing financial aid to over 100 families experiencing a cash crunch while their child is being treated. This family support has come just at the right time in many cases, preventing eviction, allowing families to travel to clinical trials, and purchase medical equipment needed for their child's changing capabilities.
